If it is just one of those days we will take a break for a walk. Yes, we get outside, leave our phones at our desk. Take a 5, 10 or even a 30 minute walk. Go recharge, get some fresh air and come back ready to conquer the world. From time to time you become so close to your work that you need a break to come back with fresh eyes, new ideas and a fresh energy to finish that copy, micro site or invoice.
