Local grown veggies. Who doesn’t like fresh vegetables that are organically grown? Lucky for us we grew up with the owner of Quail Spring Farm Steve Vargo.

Steve is one of those guys that you should have already heard about by now. You would have thought TLC or the Discovery Channel would have a show based on his every day activities. Not only does he have a farm, a sweet family but he also finds time to make banjos.

The crew at Modal is participating in the Quail Spring Farm’s CSA. By the time you read this we will have already made some killer dishes with our vegetables. If you have any recipes you want to share with us send them in. I still need to figure out what to do with Pac Choi…
