9/11 woke us up. It was a painful reminder of how precious life is and how important relationships can be. Social Media is a fabulous tool for not only keeping in touch with friends but also for reconnecting. 
Facebook is a great platform for reconnecting because you can find friends and associates via places of employment, college, and high school attendance. Don’t forget LinkedIn and Plaxo which are also fine platforms for reconnecting but they are definitely more on the business relationship side than personal.
We all know the impact of loss. This day is a tribute to those we have lost and reminisce of the times we shared with them. Take a moment today to reconnect and take a moment of silence for those we’ve lost in 9/11.
