On Monday we posted our experience with Manymoon, the Google Marketplace project management platform that has been gaining traction for some time. Interestingly enough, several hours after posting our review, I received an email from Manav Monga, one of the founding members of Manymoon. He requested a meeting to discuss my thoughts on how to improve the user experience.
So just yesterday we entered into a GoToMeeting session with Manav and one of his UI designers. I ran down a bullet list of areas that could be improved. And they listened intently, asking questions and gaining clarity. Now, I understand that you can’t get everyone’s opinion about your product, but take a note from Manymoon- they proactively discovered our post, followed up with an email requesting a meeting, and followed through with the meeting to LISTEN to an active user. Remember, Manav is a founding member. He easily could have delegated this task to someone else.
And for that reason alone we’re giving Manymoon two thumbs up for being user-centric! The best part though of the conversation was the conclusion in which Manav said, “thank you for your recommendations and know that we heard you and your contribution will directly impact our product.”
Manymoon FTW!
